To my Angel in Heaven

  To my Angel in Heaven, This is something I never thought I would have to write at twenty-five years old,but, here I am. I miss you so much and i can't believe it's been a while since you left us. Simula ng mawala ka, I grew in many ways I couldn't imagine and maybe, well, baka lang maging proud ka. I learned to be friendly, my smart mouth and opinionated self is still there but I learned to handle it differently. I learned that happiness is the most important thing in life. And I have to thank you for that. To be honest, I never thought I'd make it this far. Minsan, papasok ako sa office na malungkot, lost maybe, pero at least pumapasok at nagwowork pa din. I'm really growing up now. Simula ng ma-realized ko na hindi na ako makakatanggap ng messages mo, wala nang,"okay ka lang ba nak?", "kumusta ka na nak?", minsan naiinis ako kasi feeling ko, ang hina hina ko naman na lagi mo ako kinukumusta at nasanay ako na laging may mga ganun ka namessages

                 I took a supervisor call yesterday and it was about an old lady whose data aren't working. Deborah was her name and she's 69 years old. I verified her account, nothing much about it data and features are all added, her plan is basic. I placed the call on hold and checked the usage of personal hotspot device. That's when I found out the answer for her concern.  She overused and exceeded the usage of the data allotment. I told her what I have found out through our system and she  responds  abruptly. She  already understands  what is happening yet still insist and asks if I can have it refresh for her. I was transparent and told her that there's no other way I can help her out. She  really needs  to wait until the next billing cycle will refresh by itself since it's system generated. And that's not actually the case, nothing to do with her data because the billing cycle will restart tomorrow which is the good thing. The case is that before th
